Stay Cozy Worsted is a worsted weight version of our comfy, slouchy V-neck pullover. We used two luscious Chelsea Luxe yarns held together. The casual drop-shoulder sleeve pulls in at the cuff, giving this simple sweater an edgy look. The sweater is worked in separate pieces and seamed, with stitches being picked up along the armhole edge for the sleeves.

Recommended ease is 10”/25 cm. If you are between sizes, go down a size for a more form-fitted look or up a size for a boxy look.

Gauge: 18 sts and 24 rows = 4”/10 cm in Stockinette Stitch, holding one strand of fingering weight (CYCA #1) yarn held together with a second strand of fingering weight (CYCA #1) yarn, blocked, using size needle to obtain gauge.

Needles: US 8 (5 mm) knitting needles and US 8 (5 mm) 24”/60 cm circular needles or size needed for gauge. Adjust needle size as necessary to obtain the correct gauge.

Yarn: 1150 (1250, 1375, 1500, 1650)(1750, 1900, 2050) yards each of two strands of fingering weight (CYCA #1) yarn. To use one strand of yarn in worsted weight (CYCA #5), 1150 (1250, 1375, 1500, 1650)(1750, 1900, 2050) yards are needed.

Sample sweater uses the Chelsea Luxe “Duet” in Exposed Brick. The Duet sets are comprised of one strand Chelsea Luxe “Cobblestone” (90% Superwash Merino Wool, 10% Nylon; 436 yds/100g) and one strand Chelsea Luxe “Mohair” (72% Kid Mohair, 28% Silk; 459 yds/50g). 3 (3, 4, 4, 4)(5, 5, 5) total Duet sets needed for sweater.
