If you prefer not to work the pattern in intarsia crochet, you could also make it using stranded crochet or tapestry crochet.

The pendant can easily be made smaller or larger by using different weight yarn, for a smaller pendant use double knit yarn or for a larger version use chunky yarn. For different sizes simply use the recommended hook size for the yarn that you are using. Using aran yarn, the pendant measures 21cm wide x 36cm tall from the top edge to the bottom of the pendant tip.
