The pattern, as written, will fit most adult women, and is modeled on a size M adult woman. To increase the width of the final product, add multiples of 5 to the starting chain. (Note that you will need more yarn if you do this.

Change the look of the final product by adjusting the number of rows crocheted on this project. Add rows to make a longer poncho.

Pattern is written using American Standard crochet notation.

Gauge: 7 rows and 3 repeats of 3dc + 2ch pattern in Row 3 is approximately 5” x 5” when using the recommended yarn and a 5.00mm H hook. Gauge is not particularly important for this project, although it will affect the amount of yarn needed to complete the pattern.

Final product dimensions: the model is approximately 21” long and 46” wide
