As you probably already know, at Biscotte Yarns we LOVE cats… So the beautiful Cornish Rex named Stella quickly drew our attention on Instagram with her two-colored face.

In addition to this rare and impressive phenomenon, we also discovered that Stella doesn’t live very far from our dyeing workshop! That was all it took to inspire us this project and introduce you to the beautiful @Stellatwofacecat

MATERIALS
Biscotte Yarns | Bis-Sock Self-Striping Autorayanteᵐᶜ 85% merino sw, 15% nylon, 400g /100g. The color shown here are only available in the knitting kit STELLA THE TWO FACE CAT

Circular or DPN needles of 2.5 mm #US –1.5 (or size needed to obtain gauge)
Waste yarn for the heel setup
1 tapestry needle

Size: adult one size (foot length is adjustable)

Gauge: 32 sts = 10 cm (4 in) in stockinette stitch

NOTE: These socks are knitted from the cuff down with an afterthought heel, which means that the heel is worked at the very end. This pattern can be worked with a set of 5 double-pointed needles or on circular needles. For double-pointed needles, please divide half the sts on needles 1 and 2 and the other half of the stitches on the needles 3 and 4.
