The pattern is advertised in Beyer Band 167 on page 15 as “Pfauenfeder” (“peacock feather”), which could be ordered as Beyer Strickschrift 70148.

Note: a Beyer Strickschrift number of 70248 dates this pattern to the late 1920s, give or take. So far as we know, Niebling didn’t start publishing patterns until the 1930s, so this pattern pre-dates him.
