Stoneville
A quintessential summer tee designed for linen and hot summer days. The vertical lace lines and A-line shaping accentuate your body and at the same time lets you wear with comfort and ease.
The tee is a drop-shoulder construction and is worked top down. The upper body is worked flat with short row shoulder shaping. Once the upper body depth is achieved, you join at the underarms and work the lower body in the round. Interesting garter lace trim finishes the hem and arm edges.

Stoneville is intended to be worn with about 5 to 10cm / 2 to 4” of positive ease at bust, so choose a size that is 5 to 10cm / 2 to 4” larger than your bust circumference. A list of measurements and schematic is provided on page 3.
Yarn
Lofty Fiber Euroflax 14/4 Linen (Sport) (100% wet spun linen; 246 meters / 270 yards per 100 grams).
Sample uses the color “Heron Grey” and requires (3,3,3,4)(4,4,4,5)(5,5,5,6) skeins. Approximate meterage and yardage is given below if using a different yarn.

Gauge
To find your needle size, you need to swatch.
Stockinette: 26 sts / 32 rows to 10cm / 4” using gauge-size needles
Needles & Notions
The gauge was achieved with the following needle size. To work the pattern as written, you must swatch and use a needle size that will result in the correct gauge after blocking.
3mm (US 2.5) circular needles of varying lengths either 80cm (32”) or 100cm (40”) in length depending on the bust and hem circumference that you are making; preferred needles for knitting small circumferences (armhole edgings) in the round.
You will also need: spare interchangeable cables, spare needles or scrap yarn for holding stitches; stitch markers.
