A beanie with nudibranchs swimming among seaweed worked in stranded colorwork in the lower section, and a decorative pattern to represent ocean waves in the crown. It can be worked in 2 or 3 colors.

Knitted in the round this is an intermediate pattern if you already know how to knit stranded colorwork and this pattern assumes that you do know how. If you have not knitted stranded colorwork before then this is an experienced level pattern and is also experienced level if you decide to use 3 colors.

Instructions are given for head sizes 21” (53 cm), 22” (56 cm) and 23” (58 cm).
These correspond to small, medium and large adult sizes.

CC1: (seaweed color) Note: CC in the instructions refers to either CC1 or CC2, your choice.
CC2: (nudibranch color) CC2 is optional. You can use CC1 in its place.
