There is no gauge required for this dishcloth.

I am a loose knitter so I use a smaller needle to help the pattern picture show up better.

Because this is a picture cloth a solid color is best used to knit this cloth, also if the color is too darn or too bring (ie: black or neon colors) the picture will be harder to identify.
