I called this the Strawberry Patch hat first for the color, and second because of the cute and textured band above the brim.

MATERIALS--
worsted weight soft acrylic yarn (I used Caron Simply Soft in Strawberry)
5.0 mm hook
yarn needle
scissors

LEVEL--
easy+ (must be very familiar with basic crochet stitches and techniques)

Approximate Finished Size
Length (including brim): 9.5″
Width across the bottom: 10″
