This fun and easy crocheted pillow in the shape of a Christmas Tree will add a touch of whimsy to your holiday decorating. This versatile pattern has so many options, you could crochet an entire forest!

VARIATIONS

Replace the pom-pom with a star.

Adjust the size of the pillow by using thicker or thinner yarn. Use a hook that will yield a tight stitch so the stuffing does not show through.

Make your Tree one color and decorate it with buttons.

Work the pillow double-stranded with a hook suitable for your yarn. Keep one strand the same color and vary the color of the second strand for an instantly decorated tree. Great way to use up some scrap yarn!

Mix and match! Make one side striped, one side solid.

SKILL LEVEL: Easy

GAUGE: 8 rows, 14 sts in dc = 4¼”.
Exact gauge is not important for this project, however you do want a tight gauge to keep the pillow stuffing from showing.

FINISHED SIZE: approximately 10” by 16”.
