Crochet Hook - Size K-10.5 (6.5 mm)

Worked in double crochet along the long edge. Leave lengths of yarn at the end of each row for fringe. Additional fringe is added to short ends to finish.

Instructions are also provided to create a shorter 70-inch scarf.
