A top-down lace tunic in worsted weight yarn, knit in one piece, beginning with the back neck. Tunic is worked flat down the back to underarms, then i-cord is worked to top of shoulder where stitches are picked up for fronts and knitted down to join at underarm with 3-needle bind-off, then knitted to bottom edge in the round.
Applied I-cord is used creatively to allow for seamless construction.

The pattern is fully charted, and allows for 10(12,14) repeats of pattern around the chest. Gauge can be adjusted to change size , and optional hip shaping accomplished with extra purls between repeats. Body Length can also be adjusted to your preference.
Pattern is 12 pages, but you can just print out the charts needed for your size yoke, and save some paper.

My samples are worked in linen, but testers used Knitpiks CotLin and Jody Long Coastline to excellent effect.
Pattern has been tech edited and tested. Thanks to my editor Hannah Middleton of Worksofourhands.com and my testknitters!
