Another one of my own designs designed to fit American Girl Doll and other soft bodied 18’’ dolls with similar measurements .

DESCRIPTION OF GARMENT:
Every doll needs pretty summery pyjamas.
This design is a knitting pattern which includes
instructions to create a pair of short pyjamas
(sleeveless top with a lacey collar) and ¾ shorts.
There is a lacey stitch on the hem of the shorts,
top and also the collar.

SUPPLIES NEEDED:
Any Double Knit or weight 3 yarn to give you the appropriate gauge.
I used for the entire outfit: D.M.C Natura (Just Cotton) Bamboo 85 gm = 204.5 yards / 187 m as MC .
Colorway 626 – Lemon green.
DMC Natura (Just Cotton) Bamboo 25 grams = 60.2 yards / 55.0 m as CC. Colorway- White.
My Testers used Yarn:
Stylecraft Special Double Knit using US 5 (3.75 mm) to obtain gauge.
Cascade 220 superwash sports and also sports multis using US 4 (3.50 mm) knitting needles to obtain gauge.
Moda Vera Gelato using size US 3 (3.25 mm) to obtain gauge.
Other supplies:
•Straight or circular knitting needles size US 5 (3.75 mm).
•2 DPNS size US 5 (3.75mm) x 2 for the I–Cord.
•Buttons 3
/8’’(7-9 mm) for front closure x 3.
•Row counter or a pencil to tick off the rows as you knit.
•Ribbon ¼’’ length about 16 inches (40 cm) x 2 for hem of pants.
•Stitch Markers x 4 or pieces of scrap yarn.
•Tapestry + ordinary sewing needle.
•Small scissors.
•Ruler or tape measure.
For Slippers:
•Print out pattern for both soles.
•Pre cut Shoe soles or Foam craft with 2mm thickness (color of your choice). Length 11’’ width 5’’and also
black foam length 4’’ and width 5’’.
•Sharp pointed scissors to cut out the foam craft.
•All purpose or Power Glue.
•Ordinary sewing needle with a big eye.
•Please set your printer scale on “none’’, 100% when printing out the Pattern pieces for the soles.
•Ribbon ¼ “ length about 6 inches x 2.
Additional: Tracing wheel.
Elastic thread or ¼’’ elastic length 2’’.
Dpns size US 2 ½ (3 mm) to create the strap.

Please set your printer scale on ‘’NONE ‘’ when printing the draft for soles .
