I need a new afghan for the living room so I figured I would just design one and offer it up as a Mystery KAL for the summer. When else would you want to make a blanket?

The pattern is designed for a lacy throw, but would work well in lighter weight yarns for a nice shawl. (It would be easy to make it a triangle or 3/4 wrap) I have suggested bead placements in the charts for those who like to bead their work. There is also an enlargement section in case someone wants to make a larger project from the original. (I have some taller family members that always need a few extra inches to cover the feet)

I’ll put out the first 25 or so rows on Friday, July 11, 2014 and then I will put out more every Friday after until we get through with all the clues. I haven’t done the edging on mine, but I’m thinking that there will be a total of five clues. This doesn’t count the enlargement section, but I will add it in during the fourth clue.
