Finished Size: Circumference of hat measures 23” and should fit most teen and women’s heads.

Materials:
• 1/4” wide Wraffia ribbon (available at Papermart.com), updated version is worked in Natural Club Paper yarn (available at LYSs). Note: You can also use a similar weight yarn, CYCA size 4, to achieve a similar look in cotton or a cotton blend (nothing too drapey, though).
