This pattern is simply two squares joined at the shoulders and sides. The cowl is made by choosing the center stitch at neckline level on the front and working 3 half-double crochet stitches into this stitch on every row thereafter.

I used just slightly more than 5 skeins for this tunic. If you unravel your swatch and use it for the project you might be able to get by with 5 skeins instead of 6.
