Sun Mandala Doily
Sun Mandala Doily is inspired by my Sahasrara Shawl pattern. The doily looks like a sun with its rays on the corners of the circle.
The color changes make it look like a mandala. I have always been drawn to Yoga, Ayurveda and the ancient sciences. So the name, “Sun Mandala Doily” sounded appropriate for this doily.
If you use fewer rounds of this doily, you can also make small sized doilies or coaster using this pattern.
If you use a different color for each of the parts mentioned in the pattern, the doily will look awesome, but it is totally optional.
Whether you use 1 color, a variegated yarn or more than one color for this doily, it is definitely going to look unique.
