Inspired by the cheerful flower that
symbolizes good luck, wealth and
ambition, these wristlets would make an
excellent gift for a new graduate pounding
the pavement to find their first professional
job. Or, give them to bring cheerful new
opportunities as a housewarming gift. The
stitch pattern is derived from a simple, filet
crochet base with the flower petals worked
simultaneously in the rows of the pattern.
It is a great technique that embellishes an
otherwise flat fabric with flair and spunk.
