This pattern is a modification of the Mini Mochi Fair Isle hat pattern by Sandi Rosner. The best results come by using two different colorways of Mochi Plus but you can also use two balls of the same color.

I adapted this pattern to use to teach Fair Isle technique to knitters who are new to stranded knitting. Using the heavier weight Mochi Plus made the project manageable for a two-session class.

Be sure to check your gauge! You might need to go down a needle size.
