PATTERN INFORMATION
Sunny Cardigan is a light summer cardigan with an all-over lace pattern, perfect for throwing over your favourite summer dress or a jumpsuit. It has a seamless, top-down construction, with short rows used to raise the back of the neck, and yoke increases incorporated in the stitch pattern. You can make it any length, from a shrug to a full length cardigan. The lace stitch pattern (Ostrich Plumes) is easier to knit than it looks - you only work the lace pattern on every 4th row, the remaining rows are plain stockinette stitch.

Yarn
650 (650, 700, 750, 750, 800, 900, 900, 950, 1100, 1150, 1350, 1400) m/715 (715, 770, 825, 825, 880, 990, 990, 1045, 1210, 1260, 1485, 1540) yds of fingering weight wool yarn.
The blue-purple cardigan was made in Wloczki Warmii Mirella (100% merino wool, 400 m/440 yds per 100g, colourway Bird of Paradise/Rajski Ptak). The green cardigan and white shrug were made in Malabrigo Sock (100% merino wool, 400 m/440 yds per 100g, colourways Lettuce and Natural).
Use yarn that blocks well - 100% wool will work best. Acrylic blends with wool or cotton are not suitable - they will not hold blocking.
