Sunrise ~ Sunset
I designed this to be that “go to” sweater that you automatically reach for time and again. It fits well and is comfortable to wear.
What I love about top down sweaters is the option to try it on whenever I want to. Just run a lifeline thread through your live stitches and try it on. You can adjust the length from armhole and sleeve length. Remember, if you add length, you must add yardage!
You start out knitting the yoke flat and then join in the round after reaching the v-neck.
This bulky sweater knits up quickly and the beauty of it is that there is no finishing beyond weaving in your ends.
Errata in Sleeve section: Where it reads : “Dec 1 st at beg and end every 9 (9, 8, 8, 8) rnds 8 (8, 7, 7, 6) times then every 0 (0, 10, 10, 8) rnds 0 (0, 2, 2, 5) times as follows: k1, k2tog, k to 3 sts before beg of round marker, sm, ssk, k1. 24 (26, 26, 28, 28) sts.“ Omit the sm end of sentence.
It should read: “Dec 1 st at beg and end every 9 (9, 8, 8, 8) rnds 8 (8, 7, 7, 6) times then every 0 (0, 10, 10, 8) rnds 0 (0, 2, 2, 5) times as follows: k1, k2tog, k to 3 sts before beg of round marker, ssk, k1. 24 (26, 26, 28, 28) sts.
