Sunset
The same shape as Moonlight worked with different yarns results in a much different style. Firmer wool yarns, while the same gauge, do not have the same soft drape. This fun and perky vest is a great accent piece, however. a strongly colored multi color is toned down in A, B, C stripes with a tonal rust strand and a monochromatic gold/green combo. You can see the gold is following a path and trying to pattern, but the stripes break the unwanted strong patterning. Our vest was worked on 73 stitches; on different stitch counts and with different yarns, patterning may or may not occur.
