This was named the Dragon-Santa hat by my kids because it has a dragon skin stitch pattern and is the shape of a Santa hat (according to them).

A super fun scrap buster hat that just keeps going and going. I think it looks best with changing colors and varying textures of different yarn. It’s super fun to wear with a super long tail or to wrap around your neck like a big comfy scarf. You can make it as long or as short as you like, but mine is 56” long.
