Written instructions provided for two yarn weight categories, weight 3 (DK/light worsted) and weight 4 (worsted/aran). My weight 3 sample is made using Yarn Bee Must Be Merino and my weight 4 sample is made using Lion Brand Heartland.

If wanting to substitute, my testers successfully used the following yarns: Knit Picks Swish DK, Deramores Essentials DK, Baah Yarn Sonoma, Lion Brand Pound of Love, World of Yarn Malaga, Bernat Super Value, and Yarn Bee Soft and Sleek. One of my testers even met gauge with a light bulky/weight 5 yarn, and successfully used Malabrigo Mecha for this project.

MATERIALS:
355-380 yards/325-348 meters of weight 3 yarn OR 315-340 yards/288-311 meters of weight 4 yarn

Yardage/meterage quotes are estimates based on the yarn used for samples and tester feedback.

If using weight 3 yarn -
US Size H8 / 5mm hook (or hook needed to meet gauge)
If using weight 4 yarn -
US Size J10 / 6mm hook (or hook needed to meet gauge)
