> Suus

Suus
Suus takes inspiration from the shape of a grocery shopping bag. It comes in two sizes: the smaller version fits essentials such as a wallet, phone and water bottle. The larger size is perfect for everyday groceries. The design contains colour-block panels to create a modern look and provides endless options for playing with colours, making it also a great stash-buster project. Suus is made from 100% linen yarn, one of the sturdiest natural fibers. The more it is worn, the softer and more beautiful the linen becomes.

NOTES
The bag is worked in one piece in rows using a double crochet (dc) stitch, starting at top handles of one side, continuing through the body and ending at the top handles of the opposite side. There is no right or wrong side as you work. The tops of the handles are sewn together, and the body is joined at the sides. Then, the sides of the body are folded inward to form a shape that expands when the bag is filled.
