Suyo is a type of cucumber we are growing this year in the garden, and this hat is inspired by the shapes of the long cucumbers.

MATERIALS
US6 (4mm) 16” circular needles and DPNs
US8 (5mm) 16” circular needles
135- 185 yards of worsted weight yarn- sample used Malabrigo Rios in the color Yerba
Darning needle
Scissors
Cable needle and stitch markers
Favorite cup of coffee or tea to enjoy while you relax!

GAUGE
4”x4” - US8 (5mm) 20 stitches by 24 rows.
The overall measurements of the piece: 6” wide by 8.5” tall. This hat has a lot of stretch in the width when worn.
