This pattern is available from knitpicks.com for $4.99.

This pattern is inspired by the farmhouse daily routine full of early chilly mornings, delicious home-made meals after hard work in the yard, and cozy family evenings around the fireplace. The design is a nod to the classic geometry of diamond cables elevated by the modern twist of wrapped stitches.

Hat is worked bottom up, with a decorative cast on for the ribbed brim, which is adorned with a small variation of the diamond cable to complement the crown design. The brim fold is fixed, the folding line being slightly serrated. The crown features cables with wraps, combined with stockinette and garter stitch, forming a striking geometric design at the top.
