The stitch pattern in this scarf has a southwestern look and feel to it on the right side with purl stitches and a negative image on the wrong side in knit stitches. It’s a good scarf for either guys or gals. Finished size with 200 yards of yarn using size 8/5mm knitting needles was 53” long x 6” wide and steam blocked to 58” long x 6” wide. This pattern has been revised and new photos added as a June 2026.
