Tweedy was love at first sight. Recycling can bring such beautiful things to light. Already when winding the yarn, it was clear to me that knitting will be pure fun. As the yarn is only made when there is enough material for recycling, I knitted the jacket again from an alternate yarn with a shawl collar.

The cardigan is kept simple in a triangle tapering rib pattern in the body is repeated again in the sleeves.
As an alternative, I knit a second sample, from Como Tweed together with a mohair yarn, incorporating a shawl collar. The shawl collar additionally emphasizes the lines in this design.

GAUGE
20 sts x 28 rows = 10 x 10 cm / 4 inch with needle size 4.0 mm / US 6 in stockinette stitch after block-ing.

Main needle: 80 cm circular needle size 4,0 mm/US 6 and size 3,5 mm / US 4;
DPN size 4,0 mm/ US 6 and 3,5 mm/US 4 for the sleeves, if you don’t want to use magic loop.
A crochet hook for CO. Stitch markers, 2 safety pins, two stitch holder or waste yarn.
