Sizes: XS (S) M (L) XL (2XL) 3XL ● Level: 2/5 ● Super easy vest that can be worn as a top. The vest is worked top down seamlessly. First you cast on the sts for the back and work it flat to armholes. Then you pick up the sts for the fronts and work it flat until armholes. The work is joined in round and BO with Italian bind-off method. Lastly, you pick up the sts for armholes and the neckline.

SIZE GUIDE
The vest is designed to be worn with approx. 5 cm / 2” of negative or positive ease at bust. That means that the vest should shape your figure and not to be oversized as it can be worn also as a top.
First, measure your own bust. Then, add or remove approx. 5 cm / 2” of your bust circumference. Compare that number to the finished measurements (above) and choose the closest size.
You can also measure your favourite vest or top to determine the amount of ease you prefer.

Yarn: White: 110 (120) 135 (150) 165 (175) 190 g of West Yorkshire Spinners Exquisite (80 % Falkland wool, 20 % Mulberry silk – 400 m / 437 yds / 100 g), colour white, and 70 (75) 85 (95) 105 (110) 120 g of Isager Silk Mohair (75 % mohair, 25 % silk, 212 m / 232 yds / 25 g), colour white (E0).
Grey: 110 (120) 135 (150) 165 (175) 190 g of West Yorkshire Spinners Exquisite (80 % Falkland wool, 20 % Mulberry silk – 400 m / 437 yds / 100 g), colour Knitsbridge (148), and 70 (75) 85 (95) 105 (110) 120 g of Filcolana Tilia (70 % kid mohair, 30 % silk, 210 m / 230 yds / 25 g), colour cloud (358).
The vest is worked holding both yarns together.

Needles: 3.5 mm (US4) long circular needle and 3.5 mm (US4) 40 cm / 16” circular needle for armholes and neckline if you don’t magic loop.

Notions: Stitch markers, tapestry needle.    

Gauge: 18 sts x 26 rnds = 10 cm / 4” of st pattern.
