I read that Eskimos have myriad names for ‘SNOW’ so I began to research the English language for snow synonyms as well…..and then knitted them up in a cowl. Included in the booklet is the list and the definitions for such words as SKIFT, SPOSH and my favorite = SNIRT = SNOW + DIRT.
