The introduction for the new Tall House which comes after the pattern for the Little House if pretty much the same so here it goes. I hope you make both versions!

I have loved little houses my entire life. I love to draw houses, stitch houses, look at houses and I’m a huge homebody. I loved creating this knitted Tall House to go along with the Little House. I think it is so sweet. You could easily customize it to different colors or stitch some flowers on the front or add shutters… the sky is the limit! I hope you’ll love knitting a Little House for yourself or someone you love.

Pattern Notes: The Tall House is a completely seamless knit other than tacking down the picked up windows and door. The house starts with a garter stitch base. Stitches are then picked up for the house. The sides of the house are worked in the round and purl stitches are placed as markers for the windows and roof. Some of the stitches are bound off and the pointed roof sides are then worked back and forth. The front and back of the roof are picked up and knit on one at a time. The roof is attached to the sides as you work. After blocking the roof top edges are closed with a three-needle bind-off. The windows and doors are picked up, knitted on and tacked down. The chimney is picked up and knit on at the end.

Finished measurements
About 3-inches wide and about 5-inches tall without chimney; about 5.5-inches tall with chimney.

The finished house weighs approximately 18 grams in total
