Fun Shetland hat featuring anchors, boats and flags. It was designed to celebrate the Tall Ships Race which came to Shetland in 2011.
Jamieson & Smith 2 Ply Jumper Weight;100% Real Shetland Wool, (115m/25g); one ball of each colour:

Pattern notes
Tall Ships Toorie is made in the round using 3 double-pointed or 1 circular needle. The hat is knit in Fair Isle (two colours per round except for the section with the Shetland Flag - you will knit with 3 colours per round.
