6 skeins of 50 g Snowstorm in color 08
DPN and 23” circular needles US 11(8.0 mm)

Gauge
12 sts = 4”

Finished Measurements
Before felting:
Width when measured flat: 15 ¾”
Height: 13”
After felting:
Width when measured flat: 10 ½”
Height: 8 ¼”

Pattern information
The bottom of the basket is knit starting on
DPN and then switched to circular needles
once it is large enough. It is knit in garter stitch
in the round which means alternating 1 round
of knit and 1 round of purl sts.
After the piece is knit, it can be felted by
washing in a machine on hot.
