Tartanesque socks are made for men and women.

I used a motif pattern similar to the one I created for the Tartanesque (for men) vest.
This motif pattern is worked in stockinette stitch and reverse stockinette stitch.
It makes these socks very addictive to work and very comfortable to wear.

Tartanesque socks are available in 4 width sizes (S, M, L and XL) and 11 shoe sizes : 35, 36, 37, 38, 39, 40, 41, 42, 43, 44, 45 / 4, 5, 5.5, 6.5, 7.5, 8, 9, 9.5, 10, 11, 12.

They are worked from toes up. You can make them bicoloured or single-coloured. You have the choice between two heel options too : an after-thought heel, or a heel with gusset and heel-flap.

Depending on the size, you will need from 250 to 400 meters / 270 to 437 yards of fingering sock yarn.

Les chaussettes Tartanesque conviennent aussi bien aux hommes qu’aux femmes.

Elles reprennent (modifié et adapté aux chaussettes) le point créé pour le gilet Tartanesque (for men). Ce motif est tout en jersey endroit et envers. Il rend ces chaussettes addictives à tricoter et très confortables à porter.

Les chaussettes Tartanesque sont disponibles en 4 largeurs de pied (S, M, L et XL) et en 11 pointures : 35, 36, 37, 38, 39, 40, 41, 42, 43, 44, 45.

Elles se tricotent des orteils aux chevilles. Vous pouvez les faire unies ou bicolores. Vous avez aussi le choix entre deux options pour le talon : un talon après-coup, ou un talon avec gousset et talon renforcé.

Selon la taille, il vous faudra entre 250 et 400 mètres de laine à chaussette fingering.
