Vest is worked in Front and Back pieces, bottom up, and back and
forth in rows. Turn after each row. Hem is added once Front and
Back are complete. Neckband and Armholes section is worked in
rounds. A Twisted Cord detail with tassels is added at shoulders.

Gauge
(1 shell, 5tr, ¾ shell) and 11 patt rows to measure 10 x 10cm using 3.75mm hook.
