This hat pattern features a pretty lace stitch that reminds me of tulips. It is very easy and fast to knit. It’s knitted in DK yarn, perfect for those spring and fall days that are not too cold, but a little windy.

The pattern includes both written instructions and a chart for the stitch.

The hat is knitted in the round and does not have a seam.

Size: one size to fit a child or an average lady with head circumference of 21”-23”/ 53-58 cm

To make this hat in size 12 months +, cast on 96 sts ( please see my project for more details).

Yarn used: #3 DK weight yarn (8 ply)
Gauge: 5.5 sts sts per 1”/2.5 cm in stockinette stitch

Difficulty level: easy
