Tawny Owl is an ideal design for showcasing beautiful yarn and makes an excellent gift for all ages. The design uses small amounts of three different colours of 4 ply yarn, making it an ideal project for using left over sock yarn.

Fingering / 4 ply yarn in three colours:
20g main colour
10g contrast colour
6g contrast colour 2 (beak and feet)

2.5mm (US 1 ½) double pointed needles
Two stitch markers
