Tea Cozy
What is more British than a teacozy, to keep the tea hot but also… icy cold during the summer! Wool does insulate both ways. The cozy is not knitted with Icelandic wool for a change, but with British wool to stay in the spirit. The recipe of the “lummur” – delicious Icelandic pancakes – is however completely Icelandic but main ingredient is … porridge! So are the shoe-inserts that inspired the cozy.
