Teaghlach
This shawl was inspired by the idea of family, as our daughter begins to grow her own human and start a family of her own. It ‘marries’ two locations - the hills around Edinburgh where we live and the rolling Oxfordshire countryside near Banbury where her husband’s family is from.
The pattern creates something new as the two are combined with simple stripes, easy lace and a garter finish with eyelets.
This pattern is free, but invites a charity donation to Refuge - www.refuge.org.uk
Put ‘Refuge’ in your order notes for both new leaf yarns and Home Farm Wensleydales and they will donate 10% of the skein price direct to the charity
