This bathrobe is made with a synthetic chenille yarn that has an uncanny similarity to terry cloth. I was intrigued by it the first time I saw it and knew I wanted to use it to knit a classic terry cloth item. I asked Deena to design a robe for little kids to wear after a bath, or over pajamas or a bathing suit.
