An all over textured diamond pattern with a garter stitch border, the blanket is knitted in a single colour.
Required skills: Cast on, bind off, ability to work knit and purl stitches.
Instructions for the diamond pattern section are given in written and graph format, so you have the option of working either way.

Knitted in DK or 8 ply yarn on 4 mm (UK 8, US 6) knitting needles. Circular needles are advised, due to the amount of stitches required, working back and forth.

Finished blanket measurements: approx 62 cm x 90 cm (24.5” x 35.5”). Ideal for a crib, buggy, pram and bassinet.
