Cozy and bulky mitts with a ribbed cuff at the top of the hand will to protect and keep the fingers warm and/or fold down to allow easy access to phones, computers or steering wheels. Ideally knit with a soft and very bulky merino yarn and using a needle size which can create a dense fabric for greater warmth. experiment with your needle size to produce a very soft, yet firm fabric.
