The Adelia Baby Blanket Pattern creates a beautiful lace blanket that is reminiscent of the Victorian style. It is made using worsted weight yarn, and was designed to be an easy and quick lace blanket pattern for those who do not have much experience (or patience) with lacework. The main body is a repeating shell stitch and the border uses slip stitches to give it a unique braided look.

Level: Advanced Beginner. While the main body of the blanket is fairly straight-forward, the border gets a little complicated with the use of slip stitches.

The main pattern is for a blanket about 32” x 28” in size, but instructions are given on how to increase or decrease the size of the blanket for your needs.

Suggested yarn: Red Heart With Love in white (about 2 skeins)
