This design has a classic look with deep textures. it is organized so as to make learning the pattern easy. 2 skeins of Big Twist value pound + will make an entire blanket. This yarn is now available through Herrschner’s. That’s where I purchased mine.

The cable is actually a mock cable because the stitches do move but do not actually trade places within a single row. An 80 peg, 3/4” gauge loom is needed. The sample is made on a Cindwood loom. Suggestions for altering size and gauge are included. There’s a youtube videos with the same title to help you with this blanket.

This project is nowhere near as difficult as you might imagine!
