Yvonne was moving to sunny Los Angeles to live on the beach. Her four best friends (and knitting buddies) wanted to send her off with gifts all relating to the beach. They bought beach towels, beach balls, beach umbrellas - you get the idea. Since they all knit they wanted a knitting project they could all work on. But they did not want to knit a garment because they were worried about gauge. So they thought of knitting a beach bag. We designed this beach tote, and they all took turns knitting it. Yvonne uses it all the time.
