This truly is the easiest bag you could knit, it’s made of only rectangles! It’s a great first project for beginner knitters.

Each main piece of the bag is knit first, then seamed together around three edges. Next you make each strap and sew them on. Finally you knit an optional pocket to sew onto one side of the bag!
