The Ethereal Wrap
A wispy, triangular shaped lightweight scarf/wrap. The size of your wrap will be be totally dependent on the chosen yarn and needle size. Experiment and swatch to achieve best results. For a larger garment, simply add more yarn and knit to desired size.
While any mohair will work for this design, this particular pattern is best knit with the lightest of mohair yarns. The suggested yarns have a significant silk content which reduces the “fuzzy-ness” of traditional mohair and adds a wonderful halo to the knitted fabric. Try varied needle sizes and needle types, as this yarn is generally quite slippery. Aim for an open lacey effect with lots of drape.
