The Frost Awakens hat is - as you might have already guessed - named after the new Star Wars movie, The Force Awakens. When the frost does awaken, you will be more than prepared in this cozy earflap hat!

Using unique stitch combos and colors to make beautiful designs is something I love to do. And naming my creations after things I love is almost as satisfactory as designing them!

There are a couple of tricky rows in this pattern, but once you grasp it, is goes along easily. However, I would not recommend it for beginners.

Skill Level: Intermediate

Materials:
Worsted weight - I used Red Heart Super Saver and Red Heart With Love
I hook, or size needed to obtain gauge

Gauge: 7 dc sts, 4 dc rows = 2”
