2023 Update - I am such a fan of Ted Lasso that I wrote a book on it (Lead It Like Lasso) and to celebrate I am making this pattern free - this looks amazing in AFC Richmond colors. Whistle Whistle!

For those houses who cheer for more than one team at a time (you know who you are!), the House Divided Hat is for you!
Total yardage if you use aran/bulky yarn is probably 150 yards, but this is a great stash busting hat. I tripled fingering weight yarn, doubled dk for one of the stripes and used bulky for two of the stripes so… either dig through your stash or find an aran/heavy worsted and get one skein of each and you will have PLENTY to make hats for more than you!

I used size 6 needles for the ribbing and 8s for the hat as I wanted dense fabric.

Fair warning: The first time I wore the hat 2 friends asked me to make them hats with their choice of colors so have a response ready for that!
